Global Energy is an international consultancy with head offices in Holland. They specialise in helping Oil and Gas refineries to operate smoothly and to peek performance. The company required a client-server platform to handle all aspects of sales, marketing, recruitment, document management, process management, billing and reporting.
ccDevnet carried out a full study of Global Energy’s internal requirements and those of their customers to design and develop a suitable custom ERP system.
The system was written in C#, .NET and is based on a 3-tier client-server architecture using the ccDevnet Data Access Server as its base. The ccDevnet solution included client apps for Windows, Apple iOS mobile devices and server side SOA objects on Windows, interfacing to an SQL Database and File Management System.
The system has made Global Energy far more operationally efficient, driving down costs, raising productivity and underpinning growth plans for the business.
